Booking Policies

Booking an Appointment

To book an appointment Contact Us.  If you are booking an appointment for the first time for yourself or for a group, you will be asked to provide your full name, the best telephone number and email address at which to contact you, as well as a credit card number to hold your reservation.  Those without a credit card will be invited to try as a walk-in guest or to pre-pay their service at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to find parking and to fill out any paperwork.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

If we have your email address on file, we will do our best to give you an appointment confirmation, as well as an appointment reminder two days in advance.  This is a courtesy.  We are not responsible should you forget your appointment or mix up the time.

Late Arrivals & “No Shows”

Late arrivals will result in your service(s) being customized to fit the remaining appointment time, where possible.  Appointments will be held for an appropriate grace period, after which they will be considered a “No Show” and the appointment slot may be given away.  “No Show” appointments are subject to a fee for 100% of the scheduled service value.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary, however, in order to accommodate our other guests, we require 24 hours’ notice.  Canceling or rescheduling outside of store hours is acceptable via email or voicemail.  If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, a fee for 50% of the appointment value will apply.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Babies & Fur Babies {Pets}

We do not provide supervision for children.  In a busy studio, small children pose a safety concern and must be kept under your watchful supervision at all times.  Children are not permitted in treatment areas.  In accordance with city regulations, we cannot permit animals in our studio {except for service animals}.  Sorry, pooches.

Lash Appointment Reminders

1) Contact lenses CANNOT be worn during lash applications. Please bring along a contact lens case with solution to store your lenses during your appointment. You may replace your contact lenses immediately following your appointment.

2) DO NOT wear eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, etc. to your appointment, as makeup residue may prevent your lash application from properly adhering.

3) Lashes MUST NOT contact water or steam for 24 hrs following application.  Therefore, appointments should be scheduled 2 – 3 days prior to big events {weddings, travel, etc.}.

4) Lash tinting may prevent lash extensions from properly adhering, and should be scheduled 1 – 2 days prior to a lash extension appointment.

5) Lash Extensions WILL NOT BE APPLIED on persons under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

6) Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesive {band-aids, etc.}

7) Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on, in, or affecting the eye area in advance.

Wax Appointment Reminders

1) AVOID tanning 24 hrs prior to your appointment.  AVOID facials 24 hrs prior to a facial waxing appointment.

2) Make sure that you are NOT using alpha or beta hydroxy acids, Vitamin A or D treatments, chemical peels, glycolic acids, Retin-A, Differin, Accutane or other prescription acne medications or chemical exfoliants in the areas to be waxed.  THESE PRODUCTS WEAKEN THE SKIN AND MAY CAUSE IT TO TEAR.

3) Ensure that areas to be waxed are free of cuts, abrasions, irritation or infection. 4) The ideal length for hair being removed is about 1/4 inch.  So do a little trimming if hair is too long, or wait a little longer if too short.

Makeup Appointment Reminders

Sorry, we do not apply cosmetics from other brands.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.
