We want you to love your new purchase! We accept returns of unused, undamaged products, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date, with a receipt. As our locations are all individually owned and operated, all items must be returned to the location of purchase. Please note that all services, tabs (prepaid series), gift cards/gift certificates and memberships are non-refundable.
Note: There is often some bank processing time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and next contact your bank. Lastly, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will issue a Store Credit for a returned item not in its original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date, with a receipt.
For items purchased in bar: please return to the location of purchase, as our locations are individually owned and operated.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Gift Credit for the value of the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then we must process the Refund or Gift Credit to the gift giver.
