We’re on a mission to enhance the confidence and joy of everyone we encounter, infusing a feel-good-to-look-good vibe into every expertly crafted look. Corporate Support

REAL ESTATE & LEASE NEGOTIATION

We help you negotiate the ideal site based on demographics, neighboring businesses and other important criteria. We will oversee the Letter of Intent process and negotiate with the landlord to ensure you receive the best possible business terms.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Each week, we monitor your build to make sure it’s progressing according to plan. We give you the necessary guidance to ensure your bar is beautifully designed and built to spec at the lowest possible cost.

FINANCING

We connect you with funding partners to explore your options and ensure you have a smart, customized solution that works for you.

COMPREHENSIVE PRE-OPENING TRAINING

Using a Learning Management Software platform, one-on-one training calls and in-person training, our marketing and operations teams will teach you everything you need to know to get your MYNC location up and running.

GRAND OPENING TRAINING

Our team comes to you the weeks prior to your opening. Your Franchise Business Coach will provide additional training for you and your team. Before we leave, we help you select an in-house educator.

MYNC's initial franchise fee is $40,000*.

The initial start-up cost is between $204,410 to $304,112*. The total cost depends mainly on the size of your space and construction costs in your market.

MYNC charges a monthly royalty fee of 6 percent of gross sales. We currently charge a Brand Fee of $150 per month and an Ad Fund of 2% of gross sales per month*.

While MYNC does not provide financing, we can connect you with funding partners that will work with you to make your dream of business ownership a reality.
