We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $50.00 or more before tax. Generally, orders ship within 2 business days. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment information. During high volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions etc.), please allow extra time for us to process your order. Thank you for your patience!
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so unfortunately we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We want you to love your new purchase! We accept returns of unused, undamaged products, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date, with a receipt. As our locations are all individually owned and operated, all items must be returned to the location of purchase. Please note that all services, tabs (prepaid series), shipping costs, gift cards/gift certificates and memberships are non-refundable.

Note: There is often some bank processing time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and next contact your bank. Lastly, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will issue a Store Credit for a returned item not in its original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date, with a receipt.
For items purchased in bar: please return to the location of purchase, as our locations are individually owned and operated.
For items purchased online: please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Gift Credit for the value of the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then we must process the Refund or Gift Credit to the gift giver.
You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should MYNC Beauty incur any costs of return shipping, it will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
